Built in 1906, the villa was once a part of Haileybury’s famed lakeside heritage. Today, it has been thoughtfully transformed into a retreat where every detail—original architecture, curated décor, and modern amenities—works together to create a space that feels like home, only better.

The Ferland Suite
A 1,350 sq ft main-floor retreat with two queen bedrooms, a pull-down bed in the solarium, a gourmet kitchen, formal dining space, and an elegant living room. Perfect for families or groups up to eight.
The Murphy Suite
Located on the second floor, this suite features three queen bedrooms (one with a private three-piece bath), a spacious common area with balcony access, and direct hot tub and BBQ privileges. Ideal for friends or couples seeking both privacy and shared gathering space.
The Guertin Suite
Our cozy third-floor hideaway boasts one queen bedroom, a gas-burning fireplace, and lake views from its sunny windows. It’s a tranquil escape best suited to couples or solo travelers.
Every suite includes luxury linens, a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso Vertuo machine, Keurig brewer, stand mixer, and more), smart TVs, high-speed FibreOp internet, and all the home-style touches you need for a seamless stay.
